Three New HDB Precincts at Punggol Northshore
Hey guys! Three more Northshore precincts have been launched! I will start with Waterfront I and II @ Northshore.
Waterfront I @ Northshore comprises 7 blocks of flats and Waterfront II @ Northshore comprises 8 blocks. The blocks range from 8 to 26 storeys. Both precincts have a total of 1694 units of 2-room flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen apartments,
The blocks offer public roof gardens at various floors for people to enjoy the scenery.
There are many outdoor facilities such as playgrounds, fitness stations, pavilions, shelters and gathering spaces. Elderly facilities, a childcare centre and a Residents' Committee Centre will be located in Waterfront I @ Northshore, in addition to an Education Centre in Waterfront II @ Northshore.
It is close to Northshore Plaza which contains a variety of shops, a supermarket, eating places, enrichment centres and a childcare centre.
Next we have Northshore StraitsView.
It comprises five blocks ranging from 8 to 26 storeys. It has 1021 units of 2-room flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room apartments.
It is positioned facing the sea and has public sky gardens. Outdoor facilities include the children's playground, adult and elderly fitness stations, pavilions, resting shelters and gathering spaces. Neighbouring common areas also include fitness corners and children's playgrounds. A minimart, an eating house, shops, a Residents' Committee Centre, and a childcare centre will also be located in the precinct.
