HDB Northshore Residences
The first two projects in Punggol Northshore are finally launched! They are Northshore Residences and II.
Northshore Residences I comprises five residential blocks offering 588 units of 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room flats, while Northshore Residences II comprises seven residential blocks offering 814 units of 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room flats.
The development is located close to Samudera LRT Station, a station part of the Punggol West LRT Line. Samudera LRT Station is connected to a community spine which runs between the two precincts. The community spine is integrated with a neighbourhood centre which has shops, a supermarket, food outlets, enrichment centres and a childcare centre.
There are landscape decks at both sides of the community spine. Carparks are under the decks. There are facilities such as Residents' Committee Centre at Northshore Residences I, playgrounds and fitness centres.
